Seriously. It’s not even the slightest bit subtle. From the moment Billy says “we’d love to” till he returns this hat with just blatant fucking heart-eyes, it’s the Billy/Alan romantic epic with background dinosaurs.
There’s a reason he and Ellie broke up and yet are still on such good terms and have no hostility there. She’s moved on; he’s moved on.
Who has been your biggest mentor on the show? Nat Dormer. I can ask her the most stupid embarrassing questions. I’ll be like “so what does it feel like to be in love?” and she will tell me and give advice. She’s probably my biggest mentor just in general life.
